In addition to providing general legal advice to the boards, Michael handled hundreds of professional disciplinary cases, involving such issues as incompetent care, record-keeping deficiencies, chemical dependency, mental illness, sexual misconduct, and fraudulent billing. In addition, Michael gained substantial experience in litigation, mediation, professional firms, and privacy issues.
- Weber Law Office. Since 2000 Michael has been representing dentists and dental practices through Weber Law Office. As of 2008, Michael Weber has handled over 150 healthcare-related legal matters through Weber Law Office. Nearly one-fifth of Michael’s healthcare cases have involved the dental profession.
