Leanne brings a high level of expertise in infection control and OSHA compliance training and implementation for dental offices throughout Minnesota. She has 19 years experience in dentistry.

After working in the clinical setting, Leanne saw a common need among these dental offices. With so much focus on quality patient care, new products and technology keeping up with written infection control, MSDS, and radiation manuals fell to the back burner.

This work inspired the creation of her dental consultant firm; Statements Plus Compliance Solutions, Inc.

Leanne is a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA), Certified Dental Assistant, and Certified Dental Practice Management Administrator through the Dental Assistant National Board. She is authorized by the Department of Labor as an OSHA Outreach Trainer in General Industry.

Her memberships include, The Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures, American Dental Assistants Association, Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, and ChiroCode News.
